Can I buy as a business?
Yes. Enter your company billing details when ordering. If you need help, contact us before completing your order.
What if the product is out of stock?
Use the contact form to tell us which model or configuration interests you. We will share available information about restocking and alternatives.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Online card payment and cash on delivery can be used when offered there. Check your order total before confirming.
How do I return a product?
If you purchased online as a consumer, you may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Use the return form or email us a clear statement. Pack the product securely and contact us for shipping details. The buyer pays the direct return shipping cost for withdrawal from a conforming purchase; warranty rules apply to faulty goods. We refund through the original payment method unless an alternative is expressly agreed without cost to you. Read our return policy for deadlines and details.
